Generation Lion Jouvay was formed in 2003 by Rubadiri and the late Dexter Roberts to return Magic to the streets for Jouvay. Blow-mind ideas. Blow-mind fun. The band brought back masking to the road again with its artisan crafted Lion masks. Known for its high concepts, inventive Jouvay photo-shoots and short-films, every year Generation Lion creates funky themes to portray- but more than that Generation Lion brings together the best. The best DJs (Soca, Dance Music, & Afro-Beat with exclusive mixes by our German and Trini DJs), performers (special shout-out to our 3Suns family!), all-inclusive premium drinks & breakfast on the road, tight security, safe uptown jump, crazy water truck soak-down, and LEVEL VIBES to create a memorable Jouvay experience.
